Dr. Enmar Khalis
Digital Transformation and Strategic Technology Expert
She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Université Paris 8 – Vincennes-Saint-Denis, France, and has extensive experience across technology, management, organisational development and innovation. Her expertise covers digital transformation, technology planning, innovation management and emerging technologies, aligning technological advancement with institutional objectives and national development visions. She has contributed to initiatives in smart technologies, sustainability, risk management and decision-support systems, and to the development, evaluation and continuous improvement of academic and professional programmes and curricula, keeping them relevant to technological change, workforce needs and future skills. She supports organisations, public-sector entities and educational institutions in anticipating technological change and modernising their programmes and operations.
Dr. Sourour Mhenni
Professor of Cybersecurity — University of Tunis El Manar
Professor at the Higher Institute of Computer Science (ISI), with more than 20 years' experience in cybersecurity, computer networks, DevOps, ethical hacking and IT infrastructure security. A certified academy instructor, she has delivered and supervised professional training and university courses in network security, penetration testing and secure systems, and holds international professional certifications from IBM, Linux and GASQ, with expertise across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
